Daily Motivational Journal Prompts for Asana

Have you ever tried using daily journal prompts? If not, now is the time to start. You won't believe the changes you feel in your everyday life when you start journaling.

When I first heard about journaling it made me uncomfortable. It seemed like a waste of time. Why would I want to spend time in my already busy day journaling? I had better things to do! I can honestly say, I was wrong.

Back when I started, I didn't realize how much I needed that space in my day to just write and think through things without being interrupted or worrying about the ten thousand things I needed to do that day.

It helped with my creativity, inspiration, anxiety, and overall mental health. My biggest regret is not starting sooner.

I like to journal on personal topics and business topics. It's really cool to reflect back on my old journal entries and see how far I've come and what has changed in my life.

Adding a daily journaling practice has helped me to be much more creative in my business. When you get in the habit of writing and journaling it leads you to create more regularly. This is one thing that has led me to create content for my business.

If you've ever tried journaling before then you know sometimes you feel stuck because you run out of ideas to write about.

No worries, I've got you covered.

365 Journal Prompts for Asana

To make it easy, I have created 365 daily journal prompts so you don't have to worry about what to write about each day of the year.

When you download my Asana journal writing prompts CSV file, all you'll have to do is import the project into your Asana dashboard and everything will be ready to go.

Just assign it to you so that when you open up ‘My Tasks’ you will see it as a task on your calendar.

Then, each day you sit down to work at your computer you can complete your daily journal prompt FIRST. This way, you can make it a priority in your day.

Once you start doing it every day it will start to become a daily habit. I actually look forward to my journaling time before I start working on all of my daily tasks.

Why use daily journal prompts

There are so many benefits to using journal prompts but the magic happens when you can consistently do it.

Yes, I know adding one more thing to your plate sound hard, but give it a try.

Benefits of journaling:

  • Lower stress

  • Clear brain clutter

  • Track progress

  • Gain confidence

  • Achieve goals

  • Find inspiration

  • Be more creative

  • Strengthen memory

How to use daily journal prompts

I personally use the daily journal prompts as a guide. Some are questions, some are more like affirmations and others are statements that give me the opportunity to do some self-reflection.

Sometimes I will set a timer and allow myself 10-20 minutes for journaling while other times I will just write and write and write until I've got it all out onto paper.

The important part is making time in your schedule to journal every day.

Whether you prefer to do it in the morning or night, find a quiet place, free of distractions where you can just write. You can use a pen and notebook or even type it into a document on your computer.

When you start to make time each day you will start to create a journaling habit that becomes a part of your daily routines.

The daily writing prompts make it easy for you to complete.
