To help me through the month, I made these habit trackers so I could stay motivated and visually see my progress. It was very satisfying to color in each block after I went for a run that day.
Then, I took it a step further and began tracking multiple habits throughout the month, so I could see them all at once.

How to Use a Daily Habit Tracker
Below is a quick video I uploaded to Pinterest about how to use the Daily Habit Trackers. It’s really simple.
Once you download a copy of the habit tracker printables you can print out a copy for the corresponding month.
Next, you can fill in each habit you want to track throughout the month like it is shown in the video.
For example, you might want to exercise 4 times each week. If this is a habit you want to stick to, you would write ‘exercise’ in one of the blocks for the month.
Then, each day you exercise you would color in the date block for that particular day.
At the end of the month, you can then reflect back on all of your habits to make any changes for the next month.
